Who is responsible

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• your full name and email address;
• the topic you are interested in;
• the message you write;
• your confirmation that you agree to our using your information to get back to you.

You decide what your message contains. Please do not include sensitive information, such as health data, in it. This website has no user accounts, and it does not use analytics or advertising tools.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use this information only to read and answer your message and, where relevant, to follow up on the project, partnership or leadership programme you asked about.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what we did with your information before.

Who receives it

Your message is sent through Formspree (formspree.io), an online form service that delivers submissions to us by email and processes them on our behalf. We then read it at DHARA Capital Consulting. Our email and website hosting providers also handle data on our behalf, for example to deliver email and keep the website online.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Formspree is based in the United States, so your information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it relies on the safeguards provided by data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for more information at the address above.

How long we keep it

We keep your message and our correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Formspree also keeps a copy of submissions in our account on its service. We delete these copies on the same schedule, or earlier if you ask.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• ask for access to the information we hold about you;
• have it corrected or erased;
• ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to its use;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to florentina.costache@dharaconsulting.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro. You can also contact the authority in your own country of residence.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not set cookies and does not load fonts, scripts or trackers from third parties. The only outside service involved is Formspree, when you send the contact form. When you follow a link to another site (for example LinkedIn, CEL or Confluent), that site’s own privacy policy applies.

We may update this policy, for instance if we add analytics or new services. The date of the latest version is shown below.
